There can be multiple reasons for this matter. Let’s have a look at the different options for this.


But first of all let me comfort you that we always have a solutions for you, so don’t you worry.

As said before, there can be a couple of reasons why you won’t have any access to your account anymore. Is your trial period expired? Did you pay on time? Have you canceled your subscription?

Trial period

We are glad that you’ve used our free trial period to fully experience our service. Thank you for that! After this free period ended, we’ve sent you an email to invite you to become a happy Pliek user. Have you seen this email and followed the activating steps?

When you click on this link you will have the possibility to select the subscription of your needs and fill in your payment details. Once you have followed these steps you will have access again.

Didn’t you receive or don’t you have this email anymore? No worries. When you login to your account, you will receive an automated message to select your subscription and fill in your payment details.

Failed payment

It might be possible that we couldn’t collect your payment for the coming period. We always send you a friendly reminder so we don’t have to put your account on hold.

If you missed this email we had to pause your subscription and your running campaigns. Such a shame!

When you provide the correct or new payment details we will be glad to unpause your account so you can enjoy the benefits of our great services!

No active subscription

Did you cancel your subscription and you regret your decision? We understand that, we were as sad as you for leaving.

Secretly we knew you would miss us, so we kept your data stored. All your campaigns are still here and you can easily continue your hard work.
